ConXioN, the dynamic IT-firm of Chris Debyser, will associate its name to the Ypres Historic Rally. ConXion and the organisors recently came to an agreement and the race will from now on be called the "Ypres Historic Rally powered by ConXioN". The agreement made stretches for the next two seasons.

The 18th edition of the Ypres Historic Rally powered by ConXioN will remain one of the most important events on the FIA European Historic Rally Championship calendar and some big names are expected on the grid at the end of June. Clerk of the course Johan Taffin looks forward to a fluent organisation. As before, the centre of the rally will be located in Boezinge but the Historic cars pass via the main market place of Ypres this time. In this way the connection with the big IRC brother, the "Geko Ypres Rally", will be emphasized.
